Sinko Development is licensed, insured, owned, and managed by John Sinko. Starting in 2002, we have completed hundreds of bath remodels, kitchen remodels, additions, decks, deck repairs, and even exotic treehouses. We also specialize in caring for customers homes and second homes from the smallest repair to a beautiful new cottage kitchen.
